An Employee Assistance Programme gives your team confidential access to professional psychological support, for personal or work-related concerns, before things become a crisis.

Most EAPs go unused because they feel distant, clinical and impersonal. The Workplace Wellbeing Partnership works because your employees deal with a local practice that knows the Midwest, its industries and the pressures your people actually face.

Your partner fee pre-loads sessions held in reserve for your team each quarter. Rather than sitting with us, that fee is given straight back to you, allocated to the cost of the first sessions your team accrues. When someone needs support, the sessions are already there. No approval process, no purchase order, no delay.

Sessions reset each quarter, which keeps support available year-round rather than piling up or running dry. If your team uses everything allocated, additional sessions bill at $350 + GST each. High engagement is celebrated, never penalised.
