Your partner fee pre-loads sessions held in reserve for your team each quarter. Rather than sitting with us, that fee is given straight back to you, allocated to the cost of the first sessions your team accrues. When someone needs support, the sessions are already there. No approval process, no purchase order, no delay.

Think of it as a partner fee, not pure pay-as-you-go. Rather than sitting with us, it's given straight back to you each quarter, allocated to the cost of the first sessions your team accrues. Your team is never capped at that amount. If everyone needs a session in the same busy quarter, that's not a problem, it's simply billed at $350 + GST per session beyond the allocation. Sessions reset each quarter rather than rolling over, so a quiet quarter doesn't carry a debt either way.
